Description

A $2850 non-refundable deposit is due by May 20, 2021.  This deposit is non-refundable, as it will immediately be paid out to reserve and hold your accommodations, transportation, and other safari-related services.

For the convenience of our guests, the balance may be paid in 4 equal monthly installments of $2850, due and payable on the 20th of each month (June through September 2021).

Cancellation policy:  With the exception of the non-refundable deposit, all other monies shall be maintained in PAT’s US bank account until September 21.  On September 21, all monies will be wired to Tanzania to pay the safari balances in full and become non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.  At that point, however, PAT will allow our guests to postpone the safari for up to 1 year, based on the availability of all accommodations and modes of transportation.  Guests may be required to pay additional fees to cover any increases/rate hikes that may occur between the original safari and the rescheduled safari, including (but not limited to) tourism taxes, park/concession fees, accommodations, ground transportation, etc.  Likewise, it may be necessary for guests to pay again for any bush flights required for the new safari, as the original bush flights will have been non-refundable as well.
